About — EU-112 & AiVenture

EU-112 is a free do-it-yourself toolkit that helps businesses make their websites and AI systems ready for the EU AI Act — on their own terms, before the Article 50 enforcement date of August 2, 2026. No consultant. No fee. Just the tools.

It is an independent educational initiative by AiVenture S.R.L., the company behind 5thElement.ai and the AI Delivery Infrastructure (ADI) doctrine.

Why “112”?

112 is the single emergency number recognized across all 27 EU member states. We use it metaphorically — to signal urgency around the compliance deadline, not to offer an emergency service.

The Founder

Dan Ionescu (Eli)

Founder of AiVenture S.R.L. and architect of 5thElement.ai. A French–Romanian builder and strategic thinker, Dan works at the intersection of AI discoverability and regulatory readiness — framing his work as a decades-long intellectual project where the ideas are his own and AI serves as execution infrastructure. In French contexts he signs as Ionesco; in Romanian and English, Ionescu — the same name across two of his languages.
